Wrongly banned by admins

This thread is to report your wrong bans in case there was a name-changer, so I can manage to unban them without the need of the banned people to come report it on the forum.
Leave details information in your post, such as server name, time of the ban, the client number, and any information that you find valuable in order to make the unbanning process easier.
