Sorry for insult guys but i was mad to get banned as admin for hacking, i really have to say sorry to el toro and itzgame , guys watch the video and see that i dont hack :D

Wrong demo file. That one is from a different server, post the correct one..
It was dome map, same date.

complicated crap this is. do i copy and paste this file into my demo folder im mw3 and view it? or do i need a software to watch it.

In short: yes you have to put the .demo-files in MW3 folder/main/demo   -   so you can watch them in ingame (theater).
Easiest way is to put your old demo-files in a temporary folder (only let the demo-files you want to watch in /main/demo folder).
That way you wont have to go through them all.

But he posted the wrong demo-file. So not worth to watch it.

I read that thing but still couldnt understand but thank you for explaining it to me. So even if i delete every demo from the folder of mine will it effect my game in any ways?

For every match you play the game records it in those .demo-files.
It won't break your game if you delete them. Just ur vault/theater ingame will be empty.
You can turn this option off, that way it won't save them but i recommend u leave this option on incase someone suspect you for hacking.
Then you can provide proof of that match if needed.

Got it. And is camper already unbanned before he uploaded the demo cuz i was playing with him yesterday. :?:
