END GAMES HACKER !

hey all i am all the time on servers only and everyday this fucking hacker who ends the game joins and when admin banns him or tempban he can rejoin everytime.. that sucks can we maybe make an anticheat tool or so ?? because it SUCKS verry much .. because i am the most time of all in server and for one allone its to much work to look with tab if he joins and kick him fast before he ends the game !

i was searching the net for some anti cheat plugin but couldn't find any sadly. Maybe someone else had better luck?
