No, just no. You registered a week ago and you already wanting to be mod? Sir, this is not how thinks work around here.
First of all, I'm pretty sure you haven't read the Application times before posting.
Secondly, your application is very vague, add some information WHY you should be added to moderators, WHAT have you done to deserve it.
In my opinion, you shouldn't get too cocky and remember, patience is the key to every door.

my reason for mod is becouse i helped alot in servers for finding hackers (terminator, itzgame) you can ask them but what im telling you all here now is true

I'm sure you're a great guy and you're thriving to make CCS a better place, but you MUST know the rules and respect them. Anyway, I'm not the owner, so I can't tell you for sure if you're going or not get it, because he's the one who makes the rules :)
