CCS sniper server

About thermal akog and other atachamment....today Soulcare use thermal, but i understand that is not alowed 'coz it is not fair to the other players.
Is alowed ?

There is no rule saying it is not allowed. Adding thermal and acog attachment to the non-permited attachments is a good idea.
