Own A Copy Of Advanced Warfare On Xbox 360? Upgrade to Xbox One Version For Free

Microsoft has certainly learned from their mistakes and has been on a roll in 2014. With amazing exclusives and more consumer friendly policies, the company is back with a bang after being dominated by Sony for a year.

Now, Microsoft has announced another exciting news, which will surely benefit a lot of fans. Sledgehammer released their blockbuster shooter Call of Duty Advanced Warfare last month on Xbox One as well as Xbox 360 a part from other platforms.

Players who own a digital copy of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare on Xbox 360 will be happy to know that they can upgrade to the digital Xbox One version of the game free of cost till March 15, 2015.

That’s right, this also includes all additional content which can be upgraded as well. However, unlike the full game, the additional content can be upgraded whenever you want, there is no timeline on it.

“…And all downloadable content can be upgraded forever, so you never have to worry about losing those additional gear or maps (such as Atlas Gorge, which all of you Digital Pro Edition and Season Pass owners will absolutely get to hang onto). Welcome to next-gen!”

For me, this is awesome news as I just bought an Xbox One for Christmas and I already own a copy of Advanced Warfare on my Xbox 360. Thank You Microsoft!
